Absolute Game Changer!!
John began working with my now 22 year old daughter 10 years ago. When he met her she was an awkward, unpopular girl with a D in math and things were quickly getting worse. She convinced herself she wasn't good at math, didn't understand it, and that's just the way it was going to be.
Fast forward 6 months, and my daughter was making an A in math and her confidence soared. John quickly figures out how each child learns. As my daughter explained, "I just understand everything John teaches me more than I do from my teachers at school”.
He continued working with her every week through high school and eventually on the SAT. She started with something like 580 on the first practice math test and ended up with a 770 math score on the real exam…IN ONE TRY!!! That was the ONE chance she had to take the SAT because of COVID in 2020, and she nailed it. Unbelievable. A girl he met in 7th grade who literally didn’t get 2x=6 got nearly a perfect SAT MATH SCORE!!!!????
John was also a great counselor to us for the college admissions process. While I was driving one day, I got a call from my daughter telling me that she was accepted early decision to her dream school. I could hardly understand her on the phone. She was crying and shaking so hard that she could barely speak.
